Please read our return and refund policy carefully. Placing an order on our website constitutes consent to each point discussed in this section as well as in our FAQ section.
First and foremost, it is very important to carefully read the descriptions of the items. It is also essential to take your time before finalizing your order and ensure you are confident in your purchase after considering all the provided information. Before making any purchase, please take the necessary steps to ensure you are selecting the correct size based on your measurements and body type.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of a defective item or a mistake made by us when preparing the order.
Returns involving a proven error or defect may qualify for a refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange (the final solution, either exchange or refund, will be decided based on the situation). In the case of a proven defect (with the submission of photos showing the manufacturing defects) and/or an error in the order, the return label will be provided by us, and no additional charges will be applied to you.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items in large promotions or clearance sales.
Since our products are manufactured in workshops and in large quantities, it can sometimes happen, despite quality control, that there are loose threads or white marks caused by the use of chalk during the garment’s production (these marks easily disappear when washed). This is not considered a defect.
Due to our fast and efficient order processing service, it is not possible to cancel an order more than 24 hours after it has been placed (and only if the item has not been processed within the 24-hour window; if the item has been processed before these 24 hours, cancellation will not be possible).
We are not responsible for undelivered packages at pick-up points. Please track the progress of your delivery and collect your package within the specified timeframe. If not, the package will be returned to us, and you will be required to pay for the shipping costs again.
After consultation, if your return request (which must be made within 7 days of receiving your order) is accepted, you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it to us. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, with its tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the processing and sending of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at al-zawja@outlook.fr.
